A female doctor treats 80-years-old WWII veteran Lewis, who tells her she has a smile reminding her of his late wife Louise. Lewis is at the hospital because of a lump. After analysis, it is discovered that back in his military days, a piece of bullet was left in Lewis' body. When he hears that, Lewis demands to have the bullet extracted and given to him. Helen Crawford, a 50-year-old doctor, flies in to Seattle and comes to Seattle Grace where she is treated for a tumor by two doctors, one whom she knows.
