Yup, the Grey's Anatomy spin-off featuring Addison Montgomery - or, as ABC calls it, the "enhanced two hour episode with potential for afterlife" - has picked up a new cast member that you Veronica Mars fans may recognize. And, considering the way ABC is phrasing the spin-off, it sounds as if he will be in the two-hour episode airing right before the season three finale, entitled My Favorite Mistake. Sources confirm that Chris Lowell — that's Veronica Mars' Piz to you — has joined the cast of the in-the-works Grey's Anatomy spin-off (or, as the lawyers over at ABC insist we call it, "The upcoming enhanced two-hour Grey's Anatomy episode with a potential for afterlife") executive produced by Shonda Rhimes, Betsy Beers and Mark Gordon.
