Ratings: "Piece of My Heart"

2 talk backs

Here are the abysmal ratings for "Piece of My Heart." Apparently not even Kate Walsh could get viewers to return, as they mark a series low in ratings. Fortunately for us, the show is better than ever and still kicking everybody else's asses in the key demos! But, please, spread the word about how great the show is again and that they should watch it again! "Thanks" to TVGuide.com.

CSI trounced Grey's (albeit not in demos), 17.8 mil to 15.1 mil.

What next?

errrm, this is slightly negative. For starters, thats almost 18 mill. This is within 3 mill people of Greys' average ratings. If you take a look at ratings across the board (including CSI and all others), you'll note that they're ALL low. This is thanks mainly to the strike. It would be reckless to think that this is a reflection on the show itself. It is nothing more than the general publics response to the fact that we've barely had tv these past months, and people have found other hobbies of a thursday night. They'll come back to tv, in the mean time, i don't like coming here to see you describe what is a significantly large audience as "abysmal". Abysmal is the CW's ratings, abysmal (and regrettably so) was the ratings Veronica Mars got. Greys ratings are to be commended. Perspective, people!

Sometimes I'll mention Grey's Anatomy to people being new and they'll be like "What? It's back?!" Some people just have no idea it has returned. 15 million.. yeah okay thats low but what about all the other shows that are dropping as well DUE TO THE WRITER'S STRIKE? There are plenty of shows with under 10 million viewers.. with 15 they should be proud. The episodes are getting better and frankly every Thursday I'm jumping up and down in anticipation. All we can do is celebrate how good the show is getting again and not whine and complain if the viewers aren't as high as we'd like them to be.
    Whatever, Grey's still rocks!
