Can you believe it? Today, May 16, 2007, The Seriously Grey Area is celebrating its first anniversary! Yup, that's right! One year ago today, The Seriously Grey Area opened up to the web...but not as the great site is today.

The Seriously Grey Area opened on May 16, 2006 as "Obsessed with Grey," a bland black-and-white site based off the Grey's Anatomy logo you see during the show (not the promos). There wasn't much to it, and it was frankly...terrible.However, on May 17, 2006, we moved to a new location with a new name: "Seriously Grey's." Eventually, we got a new look that was much more colorful, fun, and the site was easier to navigate around. This version of the site grew and grew and grew, and it started to become one of the web's largest Grey's Anatomy fansites. However, once December, 2006 rolled around, something happened to our account and we couldn't log-in to edit our site anymore, so by January, 2007 we had moved the site to another all-new location (sticking with the name "Seriously Grey's").

So, we here at The Seriously Grey Area would like to thank you for keeping us alive and making us the huge hit we are today. Thank You.

This is BIG. The Seriously Grey Area's ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY is steadily approaching. On May 16, TSGA will officially turn one. In June, the TSGA Community will officially turn one. In order to celebrate, we're going to have a two-month-long celebration on the sites. But we'd like your help. Let us know what you'd like to see as we turn one! Let us know how you'd like to celebrate or how we should celebrate! This is your chance...be heard. Let your suggestions out. And don't forget to stick around for our first anniversary coming up!
