Well, that was fast. Right after posting the below post, I ran across this bit of info from SpoilerFix.com, and boy is it freakin' exciting:

• I'm hearing [that George and Callie's relationship] is proving quite a difficult puzzle for Shonda Rhimes, who is fully aware of the fan backlash over last season's George and Izzie hookup and has been doing quite a few rewrites.
• Executives tied to the show say the fourth-season plan is to add several cast members, including at least one fresh-faced new intern: Meredith Grey's half-sister Lexi (Chyler Leigh) will become a frequent presence with a multi-episode story arc. They are also seeking a new recurring male character to compete with Patrick Dempsey's Dr. McDreamy.
• Clara, who is with her two young children, discuss the status of her husband Henry with one of the doctors. Henry has suffered extremely traumatic injuries during a car accident. The doctor says that the only thing holding Henry's head to his body is skin and muscle and that he will surely died very soon, even with surgery. A boy brings a near-dead racoon to Seattle Grace in the hope they will be able to save it. His father wants his son to grow up and stop living in a make-believe world. Some of the doctors need to deal with new stressed out interns. One of the interns will help deliver a baby.

The episode? Well, it's titled A Change is Gonna Come, which is freakin' fitting, don't you think? It also makes me wonder...is Gizzie off? This is all very confusing and I CANNOT WAIT!

Yah, I know, it's been a while since any spoilers. Things have been slow. But, April and May should be busy months with the spin-off episodes and the season finale quickly approaching for Grey's Anatomy. To hold you off until the next new episode airs, here are some new spoilers from SpoilerFix.

Please tell me the death on Grey's Anatomy is not going to be Mer's new stepmom.
I don't know. But from all spoilers we have so far, it looks it'll either be her stepmom or her step-sister.
Any info on the fate of George and Callie on GA?
Since Izzie and George are supposed to fall in love and rumor as it that the actress playing Callie may not be a regular next season, it is safe to assume that they will eventually part ways.
McSteamy is staying because Shonda wants to keep everything else as normal as possible this is also why Eric Dane and Justin Chambers weren't moved to "Private Practice."
There were no plans to move Justin Chambers to PRIVATE PRACTICE. Actually, when the spin off took shape, they tanked the Alex/Addison thing so to not have fans grow attach to this couple and have them be separated because Addison would go away.
Any chance Chris O'Donnell is coming back to invade the comfy cozy MerDer thing on GA?
There are no plans to have O'Donnell back at this time.

This episode features powerful Larry, his assistant Celeste, as well as his pampered wife Nancy. Larry is at the hospital as a patient but it seems he may also hold the key to who will be Chief. Celeste gets a pelvic exam as she may have a "condition" she got while being with Larry. Of course, Celeste quickly tells the doctor taking care of her that she and Larry are not having an affair as they have been in love for five years now; he just hasn't left his wife yet! Larry tells one of the surgeons that s/he should get with the program and get his/her drive back as s/he is not as good a doctor as before. At the Duquette Clinic, doctors take care of Roger Bennett, a man with a persistant cold.

While chatting with doctors treating her daughter Shannon, Mrs. Malone confesses that she and her husband haven't talked to their daughter in a long time as they never really liked their son-in-law. After her husband left her while she was at work, Shannon decided to track him down. The Malones never heard from their daughter until the hospital called them after Shannon was found unconscious in a garage. Mrs. Malone is worried when she notices Shannon changed a lot in the past years. Two parents are devastated when the bone marrow donor who was supposed to save their young daughter dies just before the surgery is performed. One character will go see a priest to confess about something huge he did to his/her best friend... it seems to be quite the backstabbing the person did.

Episode 320 Ain't Nothing but the Real Thing will be airing on April 23, 2007 followed by Episode 321 Desire on May 3, 2007! And here's an all-new spoiler for Episode 320, straight from SpoilerFix.com:
